We have had it for about a year. It is a really cool concept, and works pretty well. You can add the frame lines you carry and leave out the ones you don't, either the entire line, or specific frames. My biggest complaint is that so far the company does not do anything as far as removing discontinued frames. You have to monitor that yourself. I have had a number of times where a patient has either found a frame they like using fittingbox through our website, or the stand alone mirror in our office and I go to order the actual frame, it's discontinued. If the company would monitor that better I would recommend it without hesitation.
Our IT person says since they are based out of France sometimes technical support is a bit iffy.

The TryLive for Eyewear Virtual Mirror requires a webcam. Simply make sure it is connected and turned on.
