We have been using regular ole QuickBooks for 5 years now. Just a dispensary, no doctor. NOW, we have expanded, added an exam lane, soon hiring a doctor, dispensing contacts, etc etc. The full boat minus our own lab.

We were wondering if anyone just adds to QuickBooks to handle; appointments, patient info from OD notes, everything? We also want to be HIPAA compliant.

We have experimented with a few new cloud based software programs out there and they just seem SO difficult and not very user friendly, compared to QB.

Please help! We love QuickBooks, its so easy. We may eventually get into insurance so we would want it to be compatible this as well.
