How to adjust flier?

Hello,

My boss just tasked me with creating a form on how to adjust eyewear. I attempted to mention that it takes time and is part of the skill set that an optician learns and cannot be taught via a handout. We have a few new hires and I'm the only optician at my shop so they want something they can hand them as a starting point. I know thats pretty much impossible but I was wondering if any of you have a template or something I can use for reference. Thanks.

I hope for your sake you have a box of old glasses that can be adjusted as practice frames. Otherwise your boss is going to be buying a lot of patients new glasses.
