Being on the cutting edge, here, I just got a look at Gucci (and McQ and Puma) today.

I bought it. It's nice stuff.

It's pricey, but the quality and style seem commensurate.

Been selling it for a few years now, and can actually attest to the quality of the frames. Lovely stuff, Optyl. And even their acetate frames sometimes outlast some older patients. Sunglasses are pretty decent too, just be wary of things similar to the 0368S. They're the sort of thing Elton John would wear, but hard to glaze due to the sides being a lot thicker for coverage. The cases tend to go "bald" after a while though, especially in ladies bags rubbing against other stuff.
