    Essilor is launiching something "new" here in Europe

    Does anybody know, what it could be? Essilor is announcing it as: "Varilux, the new Generation." It is about to come out in April this year. I wonder if it is really something new, or just old stuff in a new package.

    Nanotube structure and Minkewitz therom bring no results in a google search but it sure produces an elegant looking marketing picture!

    Maybe Robert M. could chime in on any reason besides marketing this structure applies to progressives?
