Nikon Go lens on short frame

I have a patient that who wears Nikon go on the last pair. This time she wants smaller frame since her high prescription. The last pair she has, B measurement is 27, the B measurement on this new pair is 25. I found that the minimal fitting height for Nikon go is 18 mm. The seg height on new pair is 17mm, the distance portion is around 8mm. I still tried order Nikon Go, it went through. I'm just worried if this patient gonna be ok with new glasses.

You better be worried and you have earned to be so.

A total height of 25 mm is insane, and you will eat the cost of a most probable refusal, return, or even non acceptance by patient.

New glasses higher addition. Higher addition more restrictions on field of vision, for getting older people.

To enlarge a visual field is the way to go,......... to reduce it is a no no no.

Nikon Go isnt even a currently lens through Nikon anymore. I believe its been discontinued. Im not sure if the Go has a short corridor option but the Kineo and the Focus and the W which are Nikons bottom progressives all have short corridors with a minimum fitting height of 15. I would suggest that you first reccomended the patient picks another frame with a bigger B but if they dont use one of these options.
