I need a fixation light for a Nikon SL-1 Slit lamp

I need a fixation light for a Nikon SL-1 Slit lamp, or at least the top half of it. Lombart Instruments says it is too old and they cannot help me. Any suggestions of where or what to do?

Nikon left the ophthalmic instrument business. Nikon parts are hard to find.

Please clarify what you mean by "top half" most of the fixation lights are identical or nearly so.
Many parts interchange.

Per requests, here is an image of what I need. I would be happy to just get the tip, which is a black tube with a lens for focusing on a target.

I think any similar looking fixation target from a Marco, Topcon or Haag-Streit instrument should fit.
Most instruments come from the same places in Japan regardless of the name they are sold under.
