There's been so much change in the marketplace and dynamics when it comes to competition. It used to be that my competitor is across the street, now my competitor is across the world online. Lease arrangements with landlords have only gone up. Looking to get an angle or arguments for doctor's offices to negotiate a better lease with landlords. Would any veterans here chime in and share their experiences in lease negotiation for a doctors office? Ii know for a fact that Pearle Vision and other such optical chains get a lower percentage rent due to the fact that they cut lenses and process onsite and such. Any insight would be helpful to handle the non optics related side of the business.
