    Generating and finishing equipment

Equipment will come up for sale in late October. At this point surfacing a dozen or fewer jobs/week. Would prefer to sell generating equipment as all in one, the edger and compressors etc as one, or both, if so inclined.

    National Optronics 2g/Vista generator
    506RC Cylinder/Polisher

    N.O. Horizon II patternless edger.

All equipment has working compressors/blockers/markers/pumps/computer etc. Once everything is up for sale, will furnish pictures, etc. with more detail. Local pickup will be Austin/San Antonio area (TX of course). Willing to work out freight, if interested. Trying to gauge interest/PM if interested or for more detail.

N.O. Horizon II patternless edger? Do you mean Horizon 3? The Horizon 2 uses patterns.

    One would think!

Apparently it has been modified somehow. I am assured it works, however, I have not used it myself. I'll be able to give more info/pictures later. I'm imagining someone who wants to get into edging for cheap, or someone who would like parts would be an ideal buyer.

I remember 10+ years ago at one of the Expos seeing a modified patterned edger from some guys from Canada. Don't remember which edger? I also think they were the same group that was promoting edging using water jets??

Update: I have video and photos of all the equipment in action, for any interested parties. Generator counter shows at 13,220.

The edger was surprising, but it does work just fine. Counter shows 20,066. The tracing was a very expensive modification, apparently. It is indeed a patternless; a tracing unit hooked up to a monitor gives you decentration for blocking, and sends the pattern to the edger. You do not use the manual sizing knob on the edger itself. Sizing is done with the external unit. Video makes all clear.

PM email, and I'll be happy to send

I found the paperwork, this is exactly who did the conversion. Good to see you, Leo. Wanna buy an Ellison converted edger? :)
