Everything is curvy when look sideway but when look straight ahead is fine. Reason???

Hi There,

Anyone who can explain that when a person look straight ahead with her sphere Rx is fine but turn side way is curvy. It doesn't matter right or left everything is bend ?????
Please anyone ever had this problem at all
