Thanks Diane. Appreciate the help. I love the optical work I do, but it's time I move on to someplace where management keeps their promises and where I'm not expected to move patients/customers though like an assembly line.

Maybe we will see one another at one of those seminars, Diane. Columbus more likely...though 90% of our family lives in the Dayton/Xenia Ohio area of the state...Columbus is easier to travel to--just under 2 hrs from here.

My sister is an Optician in Dayton--has been since '78(?)'76(?)... and absolutely can't wait for the day that her and I can attend a Continuing Ed seminar together.
She's been my inspiration to follow through with this career choice.
