Hi!
Today i did a peculiar eye exam to a 49 y.o female.
She only used prescribed reading glasses which broke (i didn't get to see them).
Patient knew she wasn't seeing very well far away also.
Uncorrected distance visual acuity:
OD: 0,2
OS: 0,4
Prescription:
OD +3,00Dp/-0,75*90 (VA 1,0)
OS +1,75Dp/-0,25*20 (VA 1,0)
Her near power is what i found strange. OD: +1,50Dp OS: +2,25Dp. I have never done an eye exam where the ADD powers were so different!
Is this normal or did i miss something?
Thanks
