Our office is in need of a new phone system. I have no experience in this area. What companies/systems do ya recommend?
If you are a service related business, which opticians are, the call and directs you to any person or service you want, and then forwards the call and you finally get the person who is not at the desk or does not want to answer and will call back, some times later.
Stay away from such systems as they are offending to the caller. If I am the customer I want some live person picking up the phone.
