I have a patient having trouble with her new progressives. Previous pair (from Sears) were "Lumina"..does anyone know which lens design this would be equivalent to?

Since Sears falls under Lux ownership, and all of their chains use PL essilor brands, that will help to narrow it down for you.

Correct, that applies to all private label agreements.
