ABS Smart Mirror

Hi, sorry that this is my first post, but I am at a loss...

Does anyone have reliable contact information for staff at the ABS Smart Mirror? I have been trying since this June with phone calls and e-mails. I am always told that they are away at a trade show. We paid a pile of cash for a machine and since then, NO SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE!

I don't know what else to do at this point. The machine completely down and is gathering dust in the office.

If you paid for it by credit card, just get it reversed. That'll get their attention. Otherwise, send them a certified letter that you want your money back plus shipping costs unless they want to pick it up personally, with check in hand. Make sure the letter has a prominent "CC to John Lawyer, Attorney" at the bottom of the letter and be sure to refer the matter to an Attorney who does collections if that fails after 2 or 3 weeks.

And I forgot my favorite tactic. Include a bill for the item and follow that up with frequent reminder calls to their answering service or whoever picks up their calls. After a month or 2, turn it over to a collection agency, after suitable warning that is what you intend to do, and DO IT!

Always, I say again, always check out a company before, I say again, before you spend a pile of cash for a new machine particularly for a new piece of unproven whiz bang technology from a foreign manufacturer.
