Executive Bifocals

Morning - I am looking for a needle in a haystack. I have a vet that wants an executive bifocal in transitions or PGX. I know that they still come in clear CR39. Does anyone know of any lab that would still have these dinosaurs? I have talked with 3 Rivers Lab in Pittsburgh and they have a lens that comes close. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
