    Angry piano/conductor lens ideas

    Good morning All,

So, I have a new patient that didn't start wearing glasses until a decade or so ago. I'm looking for ideas for lens design for distance and intermediate, and near.

    Her rx is
    OD +2.00-0.50x110
    OS +2.50-1.00x090
    add 1.75

She is looking straight ahead for her music, we discusses flat tops with a high seg. Is there a design of progressive similar to the essilor computer that has some distance at the top.

    Thank You!!!

Many regressive lens designs continue vertically beyond the fitting cross, Shamir Office, the Work Space, just make sure that you have enough B to accommodate her requirements.

I have at least 3 local musicians and a music teacher/conductor at the local college that are wearing our IOT Workspace office lens or Desktop designs.
Shamir is awesome too. This is what you want to do for sure.

Add +0.75D to the infinity DV correction, and reduce the add by 1.00D. That'll do it.

Not if she wants to see if the bass in the back row is looking at her or at his girl friend...

They'll see the Basses well enough, Doc.

If she wants crisp vision at all distances as the original post indicates, I'd suggest a full Rx 8x35 or maybe even a 12x35 but if she doesn't need to see the keyboard, just a hi set add powered down for whatever distance her sheet music resides. Of course you can detune the distance, but only if her group is up pretty close to the piano. I don't much care for the idea of "well enough".

Could it be the Boss or the Boss's ****, Dr Stacy is referring too.
