    Marcolin...

Anyone that carries Tom Ford: Have you been notified that you will have to pick up an additional line in order to keep your "authorized Tom Ford dealer" account?

    I was notified last week...
Essentially, Marcolin is mandating that any Tom Ford account must bring in a second Marcolin line in order to keep their current Tom Ford account.

    Thoughts?

The whole Marcolin / Viva merge has been a trainwreck.

Marcolin is taking the Luxottica business model. We lost the special discount we bought into years ago with Viva too. Now we have to purchase $10,000 per year to get the same discount told them to stick it and pulled all there lines.

Just curious but prior to that what did you need to sell in Viva product to get your discount???

Price + Frames do not really impress me + Customers can buy them online directly from Tom Ford. I rather not sell them but its not my choice

From the 2 batches we received they both had misaligned frames, damage to them, poor quality. the price is also sky high.
