E-Sign Marking Unit from Couget, anyone knows whee to get the SIL+ ?

Hello, we have 2 E.Sign units from Couget Optical that we bought in 2003. what they basically do is the "breath mark" on ophthalmic lenses.
They were stored and never used for about 10 years. right know we want to start using them again.
In order for the machines to work the need to use a solution originally sold by Couget called "SIL+". (a silicone solution we assume)
Unfortunately, we´ve been trying to contact any representatives from Couget and it seems the company is not n business anymore (no mail and no web page or response whatsoever via telephone).

Does any one knows where to get this SIL+ solution or something similar?

Thanks I did tried that page and the telephones and e mails there, but the phones do not work and the mails are returned automatically.
