Position Overview:
The Practice Manager will oversee, direct, and be accountable for the smooth, efficient workflow processes of both office locations. He or she will be responsible for the patient’s quality of care and their overall experience in the practice. This person will embrace and execute the mission and values of Primary Eyecare, which focuses on giving customers an exceptionally positive experience. Primary Eyecare believes a positive team attitude translates to an exceptional patient experience. This role consists of three primary areas of responsibility: Human Resources, Quality Control, and Operations.
Ideal Candidates will come from the management team of a mid to large eye care or medical practice. HR experience and demonstrated ability to lead a highly functioning team are critical for this role. Bachelor’s degree required and MBA or MHA desired.
