    Confused Polarized Trasition Progressives

Eeek! Do polarized transition progressive lenses really only come in two materials. I had a mental slip the other day when we were busy and didn't come to my senses until after the sale that they don't come in high index. High myop and he was really set on having polarized transition lenses. Any other options that I am not thinking of. Otherwise, I might have to go with the custom clip on route and try to sell it to the customer. TIA.

1.67 sfsv lenses are available, so they should be able to be done in at least a few FF designs.

Call your lab to see if they have them in stock.

Are you referring to Transitions Vantage, or to DriveWear? Both are products that utilize photochromic and polarized technology, and both are available in limited materials and progressive designs.

He will probably do just fine with poly though it won't be quite as thin. The optics on 1.67 is very similar to poly.

I have not found this to be the case with my -9.00 RX. I can't do poly at all, but 1.67 doesn't bother me a bit.
