Their website says nothing about being closed or open today (Monday,7/6/15). Are they truly closed today, or are they having telephone system problems?

That makes sense. With a super-duper VIP, you need to make certain there are no distractions. The scene is probably similar to what we see in pictures of Kim Jung-Un -- dozens of people trailing after Fezz writing notes.

We are in the process of opening up a new 30,000 sqft addition so turn times have been affected but it's only temporary. I expect in the near future, turn times will be better than ever.
