Varylux Space Edition - The Next Frontier

Wow, how often can they come out with a newer, "better" version of the comfort and the physio? received email today announcing the "r" series.

I suppose they haven't heard there are only so many ways to bend light.

Got to justify the price increase somehow!

"New design" with a new price, coupled with the discontinuation of the now "inferior design" will drive the market to where they want it.

If all they did was throw a new bow on a pile of dung, they wouldn't be able to continue selling so many lenses.

Time to admit they aren't that bad at all in terms of quality optical options.

You may have a lens or brand you prefer over the Varilux line, and that's fine. But enough with the endless slagging. It's more than tiresome to keep seeing.

They are fantastic lenses (The Physio Enhanced being my favorite), anyone who says otherwise is lying, wrong and/or dumb.

Mostly people that hate have a lens to grind with Essilor not Varilux I think that's pretty clear.
