Help. Axis error in Coburn CTL65

Hello everyone. I have a problem with a Coburn CTL 65 generator. basically it is signaling "The rotation Axis (A) position error exceeded its limit., (Q=0)" as you can see in the photo.

First we thought it was a sensor issue bur sensor ir working ok, we cleaned all the parts and the problem still remains, we moved the motor (axis) manually and it seems that it is ok, does somebody had this error and can help?
    Thanks
    Raul

Look to the right of the redbox error, it says "Unknown Motor Error"...I'd say the problem is in the stepper motor. There are two sensors, one external that is used to set the "Zero" axis line, then there is the sensor inside the stepper motor that indicates revolution speed, etc. More than likely, the stepper motor needs to be swapped out.

I've had this exact same problem with my Coburn Vector (much older machine). Swapped the motor out, problem disappeared.

Thanks every one, As i fear the motor has to be swapped, I just hoppped it was a sensor issue. but I appreciate the comment and will do.
    Thanks Again
