Where to buy lens clamps adaptor (holder)

Hello,

I need a lens clamps adaptor (holder) with the parameters shown on the picture. Length 23mm without nozzle.
I have nozzels but they do not fit the lens champs adaptor and I have to buy lens clamps adaptor.
Can you suggest which machine I can take from or where to buy such adaptor.

Call your edging machine vendor. Alternately, have a local machine shop fabricate them for you.
