Trouble Identifiying Progressive lens
Need help here ladies and gentlemen. Had a patient come in with her old glasses and wants me to match her current progressive design. However, my research has come up with nothing.
Laser engravings are perfect circles. On the temporal side, we have the add power underneath the circle. Above the circle on the same side was the letters Eqt I believe. On the nasal side underneath the circle was 58, which I am assuming it means the index of the lens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

58 will be Polycarb, the Eqt could be a Essilor lens, fit them with the best and you will have no issues.

Thank you to those who replied. I ended up fitting her with one of our lens options we offer. She ended up purchasing 4 pairs so I'm not going to complain
