ABO/NCLE Credits

I was wondering if anyone out there has any old ABO/NCLE credits they never used and still have from 2007-2010 time frame. Foolishly I let my certification lapse and in going through the re-certification process ABO/NCLE says if I can supply them 12 credit hours from the time frame just before I expired ( I took all 12, I can only find 10) plus the 12 hours of current hours ( which I have) they will re-instate me. (Plus of course $285.00 to renew)
So.... can anyone help me with the last 2 hours I need? It can be either glasses or contacts. Strange request I know, but I did meet all the requirements, I just lost those last two. Thanks in advance for your help
