    HY-FLEX 1.506 Material (Shore)

    Anyone used this material? It's a cross between Trivex and CR39 and has an abbe of 54. I understand there are others with similar product. Why would one use this instead of CR-39?

    Are you sure it's not Hi-Vex? it's index is 1.56, high tensile strength, good optics. Chem Clips uses the material for power layers.

    what is the advantage over 1.498? like .009 index? am I getting that right?
