A patient just came in wanting new lenses in an old Shuron that I think is the Ronbar. Only drilled nasally with temples attached to gold bar that goes over top of the frame and temple attaches to the top bar.

That picture looks to have 2 drill points per lens. Is that what you meant?
Use the same pattern, just drill nasally
This is a copy of the AO Numont (1 hole/lens). The picture is of a copy of the AO Rimway (2 holes/lens). These mountings can take a variety of shapes, the most commonly used being the 402-4 (4 difference, the familiar hexed bottom), 402-6 and the Peri(metric) shapes of different differences. The top bars are pretty malleable in case you want to get creative on shapes.
I just went to my archive and dug out an old textbook from school (Ophthalmic Mechanics and Dispensing by John B. Epting and Frank C. Morgret) which was published back in 1964. I scanned section 195, entitled Types and Varieties of Rimless and Semi-rimless Spectacles into a Word document. It is 2.2M in size and therefore to large to upload here. If you are interested in a copy I will be pleased to email it to you.
