Lightbulb Computer and Book for Presbyopic

Affordable lens suggestions wanted for client who has recently had both cataracts replaced and has reduced acuity due to Fuchs' dystrophy and Keratoconus and finds that he needs to be closer to the computer and book than others.
    Right +2.75 -2.00 x55
    Left +2.25 -1.50 x115
    Computer add +2.00 at 20" 50cm
    Book add +3.50 at 10" 25cm
    PD (infinity) 60mm
    Frame height 40mm.

The client, an accountant, wants the computer in focus across the top of the lens (ie wide) and the book in focus across the bottom of the lens (ie wide) and does not need distant in focus.
The client recently received Shamir Duo with the +2.00 added to the top and a reduced PD of 55mm to get the +1.50 reading sweetspot in the right place. He finds there is too much barrell distortion and also the reading sweetspot is too narrow.
The client liked his pre-cataract Hoya Lux GP Wide lens.

Use a FT28, aligning the segment no lower than bottom of the monitor. A P3 shape minimizes thickness/weight and maximizes the segment depth.
