Nice, I had them in clear, the lady that wore them could tolerate NO weight on her nose, I bet she had 10 pair of them. She loved them.

Any ideas of where I could find one these days? This would work perfect for a patient that has a full Cpap machine that likes to read as she falls asleep!

I know that, Chris, that's why I said "back in the day". I was just asking the question if perhaps the setup came from them.

You opticians are a crafty lot. Why not start with one of those head-mounted flashlights in the camping section and affix a frame to that?

Call it something fun, like "the Strapper". "Strap on. Strap off. Strap on/strap off...the Strapper". Get that old lady from "The Clapper" commercial. I'll bet she's only about 110 years old by now.

Or use Chris as the spokesmodel.

Provided that he hasn't fallen and can get up.

Wow! I remember selling one of those back in the 1980's. The woman couldn't have anything on her nose(don't remember why) and would have to hold glasses up to her face while reading. I remember she was so happy she was almost crying!
