Just curious,
What does the "PV+" engraving stand for on "safety" lenses. Just had PECH do a safety job for me, SV Trivex.
On the bottom of the invoice it also has:
"PA07.0 WR15.0" -- What does that pertain to?

It is Pech's personal engraving.
Anyone who Mount's safety eyewear must engrave it with their symbol.
Tallboy is correct. The notations on the invoice are Point of wear measurements, likely default measurments if you did not sumbit them. PA is for Pantoscopic Angle, and WR is for Wrap (Frame Wrap).
The "+" on the lens indicates that the safety spectacles conform to the high impact requirements of either ANSI Z87.1-2003 or Z87.1-2010. That means that the lens materials had to pass extra high impact ballistic tests above and beyond the "basic protector" drop ball test. If the frame is stamped "Z87-2", then the job conforms to the 2003 revision. If the frame is stamped "Z87-2+", then it conforms to the 2010 revision.

PV also pertains to any safety eyewear manufactured on site at Pearle Vision

If the stamped symbols are in the top-centers of the lenses, they are planos. If they are in the temporal corners, they are RX lenses.
I'm Andrew Hamm and I approve this message.
Impact rated planos would be marked "Z87+" on the lenses, using either the 2003 or 2010 revision. If the lens is marked only with a "+", it must have been a replaceable Rx lens (which could conceivably have plano power).
Neither the 2003 nor 2010 revisions specify where the markings are to be placed.

Pech is "P". "V" is photochromic. And "+" is Z87-2 standard.
Got me on the Pa -Wr thing though.
So, can any lab process 2.0 mm lenses for a Z87+ frame or is certification required?
