Now I am concerned. Our office has been considering making a switch as well. I was very interested in their product, especially with the app and more personalized approach. Sounds like they didn't make it past the 60 day trial. What would you say was the reason for discontinuing solution reach and how did it compare to your previous patient management program? Any redeeming value?
