    Time for a Change

I've worked for the DOD both as a Soldier and as a Civil Service employee for almost 22 years, 12 of them at Ft. Jackson. Today was my last day. Monday I start a new career with Optivision.

Good luck, and thanks for your service.
There are rules. Knowing those are easy. There are exceptions to the rules. Knowing those are easy. Knowing when to use them is slightly less easy. There are exceptions to the exceptions. Knowing those is a little more tricky, and know when to use those is even more so. Our industry is FULL of all of the above.

No relocation necessary! Some travel required, of course, but I'm looking forward to that.

Congratulations Wes! It's been an honor to work with you on two major projects in the optical industry, and I'm glad to hear that you will be staying in the field. They need to let more guys like you "out" of the office and onto the road!

Remember, moving targets are more difficult to hit! Enjoy the travels.

Best of luck Buddy! Still got that sports car to travel in style? Maybe 2015 will hold un-expo 3, and we can all get together and reminisce about where we all where, and where we are today. You are a very bright guy, and I wish you the best of luck, which won't be needed.

Thanks. I'm glad to be staying in the field as well! Here's hoping I get to work with many of you in the future. :)

I do, although she has a few more miles on her. It looks like I'll be at the Expo, so if there's an unExpo, I might have have to miss it.
And thanks, I'll need all the luck I can get, I'm sure.
