I have a patient here who is looking for round plastic(zyl/acetate/optyl/etc...) frame that's clear or light tan and comes in a 46 eye size. He was very specific and I have nothing here that fits that description. If you know of anything please point me to the right direction please.

This frame is a 43eye but fits bigger than you'd expect. It's got black temples but is really cool.

There are a few in my store, but on top of my head, I know there's two for sure. ECO has an all crystal clear round frame. MODO (same company) makes a nice frosted front with horn color temples. I'm not in my shop right now, so don't remember the exact model number. If you're interested, shoot me a message and I can follow up later today.
