We are asking anyone in the Little Rock Arkansas area to keep their eyes open. Burrow and Mr. Frank's Optical have serial numbers for Cartier frames that were stolen. If anyone comes in trying to use what you believe are stolen frames please call (501) 664-9350 and we can confirm serial numbers.
