Best Hoya Lab to work with ??

In terms of quality of work, turnaround time, and service (for example, calling us to explain our options when something is not available as ordered instead of picking their own substitution), which Hoya Lab is best to work with?

I've had really slip-shot results the last couple of times I've tried to work with them, but I know they can make a really fine product...so I'm thinking maybe its me or maybe just haven't found the right branch.

You don't have to use a Hoya lab to get Hoya products. Just sayin'....

+1 For this. When the flood in thailand happened it was very frustrating. I understand that since then they have upped production state side. I still prefer a lab with a larger selection and better pricing that can still get Hoya product if I want it.

    What Judy said.
There are rules. Knowing those are easy. There are exceptions to the rules. Knowing those are easy. Knowing when to use them is slightly less easy. There are exceptions to the exceptions. Knowing those is a little more tricky, and know when to use those is even more so. Our industry is FULL of all of the above.

well I had a rep saying that the one in Oregon is the best one. But it's his own brand so take that for what it's worth.
