Need Parts for Old Polo

I have a patient who's absolutely attached to a vintage 70s-80s Polo frame he's had since it was brand new. The chassis is in exceptionally good condition but the cable temples have finally worn down and broken off, and I'm hoping to possibly find him some replacements. What I can see on the temple appears to read POLO VIP and FRAME ITALY. They're a silver, semi-rimless job with old school filligree. Don't suppose anyone can help? I can get pictures on request if it'd help.

If its only the cable portion of the temple that's useless maybe you could try Hilco's add-on cables. They're simple to attach and the couple I've done worked out great.
