OCD Employees

I've got one.

Complained that surfacing machine was not parallel to the building. So I checked, and yes, it was 3/4" closer to the wall on one side. So I moved it, and employee said, nope, still not right, moved it some more, and then it was perfect. Now it's 3/4" further out on that one side...

That's life with my OCD employee, what's yours like?

Don't know, but I can tell you what its like to have an OCD boss.

PS its pretty much impossible to be a good optician without being at least a little bit OCD.
