DITA is one of the world’s foremost luxury eyewear brands and has been on the cutting edge of design and manufacture since its founding in Los Angeles in 1995. We’re opening our newest flagship eyewear boutique in the Soho section of New York City in Q4 2014 and are seeking an experienced licensed optician/store manager to join our amazing team!

Qualifications:
- licensed optician with current credentials and 2-3 years dispensing experience
- 3-5 years management experience in the luxury eyewear industry with a proven track record of success in a commission based retail sales environment
- a high-profile book of active clients
- a top 10% record in sales performance among colleagues
- flexible schedule
- great sense of style and a keen eye for trends in the eyewear and fashion industries
- a reliable, motivational team player with a positive attitude, can-do spirit and solid work ethic

Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
· opening/closing store
· scheduling
· hiring/training
· inventory management
- representing brand in accordance with DITA brand book
- building and maintaining an active book of loyal DITA clients
- motivating and otherwise assisting team in achieving/exceeding monthly/annual sales goals
- styling clients utilizing our industry-leading stylist training system
