What brand of conventional progressives are you offering? As you know there are so many but the rx lens screen doesn't tell me anything about the style?? Did I miss something? Also, what if I need to order only one lens? Where's the option for that? Also, my cost is viewable without setting up an account, can the public see this? I'm guessing so...I just browsed quickly but that's all I've got for now. Good Luck!

One other thing I thought of, do you not offer any specialty, occupation lenses? If so, where are they? Wait, one more thing, I added a Smart Shade to my cart and it said "This frame is not included in the minimum monthly requirement". What does that mean, where is the info on any monthly requirement? To be fair, I did not register and make an account, perhaps you provide that info at that time?

Smart OD is a selling website, that would fit more into the OptiBoard Market place than into the general discussion Forum.

*Lightbender27* Great Questions! I want to thank you for your help.

*We use lenses that are similar to Ziess HDVI the reason are prices are half the cost is because we don't pay a click fee.

*When ordering a single lens on the current website, you can call or fax in the order. That info will be added to the FAQ's section. That would also include Redo, or anything out of the ordinary. (Awesome question)

*On the "current website" the system is set up with the cost showing when choosing a lens, that will be changing very soon. SmartOD is strictly for OD's and ECP's.

*We do have occupational lenses, just go to the UltimateVue Free Form lens section, and scroll down to the Life style assignment section.

*There is no minimum monthly requirement, that will be deleted immediately.

I am asking for feedback and opinion from what I consider to be the experts in my field, and I don't know how else to do that other then creating discussion.
