Can someone please explain what this book is. I've heard it mentioned a few times on Optiboard. It's not an actual book with frames in it, is it? What would be the point of that? How much paper does the world have? Who contributes to this book? Is it better than the internet? Serious questions.
Yes-actual book with frames in it!
It lists many, many frame companies and their frames in it! It listed sizes, colors, picture, etc! Pre-internet fun! You only deal with fancy-schmanzy frames-they wouldn't be in the book!
if you want photos - pm me your email and I'll send you a few pics!

It was useful.........sort of!
It saved a dreaded call to the frame company, sitting on hold, and having to deal with some MORON in a cubicle just to find out color or size options!
Plus, I've been able to heat my house with the old ones for the last 14 years!

Good times.....good times indeed!
You can get the Fames Facts/Frames Data on CD now. I think you can also download it from them. So no more heavy, clunky, paper-wasting books anymore!
edit: And it's even updated every month.

I had the complete set of Frames from 1968 until 2012. I sold them a few years ago to a gentleman who made me an offer that I couldn't refuse.
