Inherited a B&L Lensmeter. Who can refurb it for me?

Help! It works, dials are very very stiff, target is dull and hard to read. I am not a fixer-upper. Does anyone do this?

Take the eyepiece off and clean the inside lens. Also, I assume this is a model 70?
Make sure you have the irght bulb, and it has a 2 way brightness switch. I also turn mine on first thing, and leave it on, so the bulb heats up the greese on the shaft.

Heating up the grease helped so much we got it apart and promptly broke the belt! Calling Howard in the morning. It's not a 70, it's the Professional model, whatever that means.
