In this role, you will support our customers and our field employees (sales and service) over the phone by troubleshooting issues, identifying problems and their fixes, and communicating back to customers and field employees so that issues can be remedied at the customer site. Someone who has worked in an ophthalmic lab before and was responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of lab machines is our target audience. Chances are, if you are reading this from the Optiboard, you most likely qualify already! Some technical expertise in system networks and diagnostic (eye exam) systems would be very helpful too.
