Our best insurance and billing coordinator has skills including Two (2) years optometric/ optical office billing, knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 billing, coding and collections as well as strong computer knowledge is required. To make us swoon- with optometry, or eye care experience and should you have your CPC we will hire you on the spot!. Our patients are guests in your 9-5 home- Our CARE attitude, courteous, anticipate your patient’s needs, be responsive with finding the answer for their questions and empathetic is part of why we succeed.


1.) Experienced Optical/Medical biller, with Accounts Receivable experience required (VSP, Eye-med)


2.) Able to handle Reception duties when needed.


3.) Office Mate/Gateway Clearing House(Third Party Billing) experience required


4.) Assist Practice Administrator/Doctors with special projects as needed.
