Appears to be Hoya ID LifeStyle or LifeStyle cd:

    • 25F = +2.50 Add
    • L4X = Lifestyle, corridor length, Trivex

Not that I know of. I have a fairly new personal pair of Hoya LifeStyle and mine says 22F and my add power is +2.25

But the Hoya LifeStyle comes in two types:
    • Harmony - balanced design (which is what I have)
    • Clarity - Better distance vision with not as much intermediate

I suspected that the F meant the add power was on the front, and found this blurb on the net that confirms it:

If desired, [Hoya] MyStyle can be ordered using Front add power, in which the requested add power of 2.25 diopters can be measured between Distance and Near Verification circles. Front add is indicated by “F” as the last character in the engraved markings. Front add power might be used for a wearer who is accustomed to the higher effective add power in lenses that were not compensated for Position of Wear. Such wearers might complain that there “isn’t enough add power.”

Other iD series designs [such as LifeStyle iD] use Front add power by default.
