I have Topcon Ale-x1, it does not start,the display is only blinking and in a few seconds a start sound is heard as "bruuummm" and that'sit.The machine doesnot work. The traser bibs and lamps blinks. After I unlink the traser, the machine does not start again. If you know when is the problem.

The motors are working OK, I checked them already.
The problem is in the power supply most probably.
The power reaches the fuse, after that go through the noise filter, then in the power supply and after that I do not know what's happen. When the step motors are disconnected, I can hear "brum". The big motor that drive the wheels is working, it is tested.
Please help if you get idea of the problem I described and if someone knows how the power supply works.

Everything is OK, I replace the power supply and the edger work again.
