recruting indenpendent sales rep

Hi All,

Does anybody have any experience with being or recruiting independent sales rep?
We are a start up frame company and would like to recruit sales rep. However, we are not sure the process of recruiting them. If anybody would like to share their experience, it would be great!

Why don't you post some info about the job and applicant requirements. For example, is the job located in a particular city? Is travel required? Etc.
