You should be looking for one that is married, with children, a high maintenance wife. And who is terrified of divorce. Let them buy into the business as part of the package. That way they have a vested interest in the business and the family will be driving them to be responsible to show up and help turn a profit every day.

id move for 28 an hr.... just saying. im optical manager, lead optician, and lab manager at a private place. 38 appointments a day avg, upscale subrubs of chicago... what would you say thats worth?
