I want to publicly thank Joe at Chemistrie for helping a patient of mine out and saving the day!
I have a long time patient that bought glasses elsewhere because I stopped carrying any frames with clip-ons years ago, and told him that I could/would not get anymore in. Him and his wife bought glasses elsewhere at an office that offered Chemistrie Clip-Ons. I do not carry them.
He had a horrible experience there and when he was in for his yearly exam, he told me about the problem with the other office and an issue with his clip-ons. He asked me if there was ANYTHING that I could do to help him. I told him that I would do my very best and see what I could do!
I reached out to Joe at Chemistrie and explained the situation to him. He very graciously offered to help my patient, even though I am not a customer of his! I gave Joe my patients contact info and let things in his hands. My patient contacted me about a week later and was ecstatic about the kindness and service that he got from Joe and Chemistrie! Joe got him all straightened out! My patient and I are extremely grateful for the help!
I am now carrying Chemistrie Clip-ons in our office!
